Terms and Conditions


This website (the ‘Website’) is owned and operated by IsoCream Limited (“us / we”). Your access to our Website, including your use of the IsoCream online ordering facility (“Online Orders”) is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document (collectively known as the ‘Terms of Use’). Your use of our Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use.

You can access the Terms of Use at any time from the bottom of any page of our Website. If you have any queries regarding these Terms of Use or our Online Shop, please email us at admin@isocream.nz or call us on 09 212 9399.

Use of the Online Orders

Our Online Orders can only be used by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.

Provided you are over the age of 18, our Website allows you convenient, quick, and easy access to our secure Online Orders. You can purchase some of our products via our Online Orders by bank transfer.


All prices in the Online Orders are represented in New Zealand dollars. All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter our prices for any reason at any time.


Your order will be delivered to business addresses only via our trusted freight service provider, ensuring prompt and safe shipping. Freight costs will vary throughout New Zealand and depending on how many units are purchased.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure you supply us with your full and correct delivery address. We will not be held responsible if no one is available to receive the product at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered because you have incorrectly entered your address details or have tried to receive delivery to a residential/rural address outside of Auckland.

Should you enter the wrong address details with your order we are not obliged to re-send your order to the correct address but may elect to do so (at our discretion) at your expense.

Delivery may take up to 1-3 working days. Delivery will be any time between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm.


We take every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds once your order has been processed and handed to our freight service for delivery.


We will not pass on, sell or distribute your information to anyone else.


The material on our Website, the software, design, text and graphics comprised in the Website and the selection and layout of the Website are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright law under the laws of New Zealand and International Copyright laws. No part or portion of our Website may be copied, sold or used in any manner without our prior written consent.


Delivery for IsoCream will be between the hours of 9am – 5pm. Delivery outside of Auckland will be to registered business addresses only.

Delivery for IsoShake will be between the hours of 9am - 5pm.

Please ensure there will be someone available for collection between these hours.

IsoCream is not responsible for any damaged or melted product after delivery has been made.
